Abracadiet: Just Plan in January


Why has January become the kick off for being in better health?


Those in the fitness industry know the perfect time to try and get you on board with new plans, for a new you.


Honestly, it should be a time of reflection of the past year.


Then planning on how you want to see this year go, and steps you need to take for those items to come true.


Rushing in the gym and starting a new meal plan, could possibly be too much too soon.


It can be done alone, but it is better to work with another person that can hold you accountable, when starting any new plan.


This person could be a close friend, parent, or health professional. .

January should really be a discovery period.


There really is no official day to start your journey.

The key is to have a plan to stay on the journey.
